About the Book All secrecy is not meant to deceive . . .
Wayne Kincaid, an undercover agent for the Drug Enforcement Agency, rides into New Mexico to infiltrate the dangerous world of Mexican drug cartels and biker gangs. His investigation takes an unexpected turn when he recognizes an al-Qaeda leader whom he captured in Mosul, Iraq in 2004. Kincaid finds himself caught in a vortex of events involving the smuggling of al-Qaeda operatives and weapons into the United States. While under cover, Kincaid begins a complicated relationship with an exotic Navajo nurse who doesn’t trust men. Hindered by a difficult past, Kincaid seeks solace from her uncle—a Navajo Hitali medicine man—who is also a combat veteran. While on the reservation, Kincaid stumbles upon a plot by Al-Qaeda operatives to set off a uranium atomic bomb in the heart of Los Alamos, New Mexico. When Kincaid himself is captured by his former enemy, he must face his past and draw upon elite Delta Force training to prevent an international disaster. About the AuthorJohn T.
